Thought this would be a slackline thread  :(
I like Tricking and Free Running, i don't think i actually do parkour, because i do it for fun and self expression, which would change the term to free running.

If it isn't movement training, then it's conditioning and flexibility training for me.

Same, always do something, even if you are not going out for sessions you can still be training to improve.

I generally do a warm-up and cool-down every day/night, and sit at my computer with a couple of hand-grips, and a rubber stress ball. Do push-ups, pull-ups, dips, sit-ups, wall presses, squats, and other conditioning exercises whenever & wherever I can fit them in. And I even condition & practice stuff while waiting for buses, people think I am weird doing squats and stuff while waiting (great to do with a heavy back-pack on), then they see me tic-tac, leap, or jump onto something without the back-pack. :o

After surprising a coworker he said something about me "sneaking around," this was my response to him: "I'm not being sneaky, i'm just standing here eating my sandwich, when I am sneaking you'll know it.
Wait..."

I like how you are on the APK forums but don't think to train parkour until someone mentions it

Haha!  Suggestion: Every time you are about to go post on the APK Forums, review your day, and if you haven't done anything to train, go do something real quick and THEN get on the forums.

Just find a bench and make love to it, as Ryan says. ;) It's simple.

I said "seemed" shocked.  Sarcasm is sometimes hard to pick up in text.

I always train for at least 30 minutes a day, which I don't consider a training day.

Haven't done anything but some climbing since Sunday. This is where I would usually put some well thought out excuse about work and girls and Injury and the distance of the moon from my A-hole. But nope.. I've just been a slack ass up in here :(

I haven't had much time to train. I am working on getting over a few injuries. I can't put too much pressue on my right shoulder, have an impingment. Hurts like hell.

Injury > lazy.

Training safely and smartly decreases the risk for injury by a great deal.  You can be injured in any activity, including walking down the street, if you don't do it correctly.
