If it isn't movement training, then it's conditioning and flexibility training for me.
Same, always do something, even if you are not going out for sessions you can still be training to improve.
I generally do a warm-up and cool-down every day/night, and sit at my computer with a couple of hand-grips, and a rubber stress ball. Do push-ups, pull-ups, dips, sit-ups, wall presses, squats, and other conditioning exercises whenever & wherever I can fit them in. And I even condition & practice stuff while waiting for buses, people think I am weird doing squats and stuff while waiting (great to do with a heavy back-pack on), then they see me tic-tac, leap, or jump onto something without the back-pack.
