Well I live in a rural area with no many heights to jump off of or railings or fences to vault on. But yet this is my property of my house. I really can't find any good nearby place to practice. Any suggestions on how to cope with rural areas?

Improvise I'm from rural retreat, virginia. I do just fine at my house or local church grounds vault picnic tables, tac tac trees, etc... Improvise. Best of luck to you
