Is Bored so gonna joke about. Is that because she is all you could get? (I did say this was a joke)
No, because I like a challenge, last three weeks I got her to drop ten pounds. I do know a guy named Daniel who's gonna settle for a guy because he couldn't get women.

So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

Deadlift 1.5-2x your bw for 3 reps.

You f#cking pussies.

Done that, and really the only worthy challenge so far.  In fact I've even squatted 1.5BW x 5.

I additionally challenge anyone here to 1.5BW dip, i.e. you wearing a dip belt with half your bodyweight attached to it and do at least one dip.  Points for reps.

Also, muscle-up on rings.  The little girls at my gym can do them, so can you.  Once you master that, weighted muscle-ups on rings.

Also, you better believe I even.

Well since there are no challenges I can accept just yet I'll issue another one. Can't lift weights yet. And no access to rings

I challenge someone to run 2+ miles... Barefoot, on pavement, as fast as you can! Preferably someone not already experienced in barefoot running. Cause then it wouldn't be a challenge.

This isn't smart. You need to break your feet in to barefoot training. The foot is actually weakened by wearing shoes. You need time to introduce your feet to multiple surfaces and densities as to not shock or damage your feet in any way. I would try and run on grass maybe. Something soft. Pavement is too hard to jump into to without protection when you have been wearing padded casts on your feet for years (AKA shoes).

Maybe sprints or something on grass? Something not "easier" but "safer" for the people being challenged.

I'll take that challenge, and if you need a challenge do a body hold for a half minute, no support. Although as far as pavement goes it will have to wait until tomorrow when the concrete dries up.

So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

If you're going for it, why would concrete need to be dry? Just leave a towel by the door before you go. Dry your feet when you get home. Pavement is fine to run on, I am sure.

Okay, fair enough. When I first started Barefoot runnign it was on Pavement but I also remember my feet bleeding. I thought it was awesome but I'm partially insane.

Let's say 2 miles total on any surface. 8 laps around a track in grass would do. Sand would also work, that's killer on the legs

Good man. Wet actually feels Better, unless your talking about fresh concrete, avoid that.

Define Body hold please.

Actually, I spend most of my warm days bare-footed, so they're quite callused; that said, wet concrete is bad news, prone to cause ring-worm and other infections, warm concrete is less likely.

A body hold is something, not sure of "legit" name, where you balance your entire body weight on your hands. You can do it anywhere, but in most cases you'll be staring at the ground... Handstand, that's it! No movement once you're in position though, because you could use a bench or table to get yourself up-right, but you'd have to be out-of-contact in case.

So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

On another note, the ladder has been updated, if something is wrong I'll double check. If you want your name out of the ladder then just PM me here on the boards. In any case whatever the matter is PM me.

So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

This isn't "Un-True" but if your neighborhood isn't full of dogs or animals that leave there mess laying there you're fine. If you are in a very dirty urban enviornment or a third world country it's possible. Suburbs though you should be fine. Just avoid areas where sewage run off is prevelent
