Both of them are done. Hurts a little in the abs still (after surgery) but not too hard.

I challange you to Hang from a bar from one hand for 1 minute with each hand

Okay, I climbed 3 buildings in the city On Saturday. Not sure how many stories but I was about 40-50 feet up on each. They all had corner bricks sticking out so it was kinda easy. Including the coming down part and stopping the clock on the ground it took me 25 minutes. (Coming down took the longest) So I'm pretty sure I would have been 10 minutes

I don't have film because It was St. Patty's day and I was hurrying as to not get arrested by a crazy Baltimore city Cop.

Judges Ruling? Challenge Complete?
