I just did the walk on balls of feet for 30 minutes. Climb three different buildings in 5 minutes, you must go back to the ground before going to the next buildings. Actually hard where I live as most buildings are far apart. I'm fairly new, so no freerunning or tricking for me

Clarify please.

Can I Stop the Clock between buildings and start before I start climbing? Do I have to stand up straight on the roof for it to count? How high of a building? For instance: Are 2 Garages and my House 3 buildings?

Three stories is the minimum, ou don't have to stand up straight at the top, and yeah, you can stop the clock.

Not to offend, but have YOU completed this task?
3 stories x 3 Buildings equals 9 stories (not even including the coming down part) that's about 30 seconds per story (which is a floor and a half techniquely. approx 18 ft) and again that doesn't count for coming down the building at all.

Short of using a ladder(cheating), or jumping off the roof (very unsafe) I don't see it as possible.

I move for a formal ammendment to challange. Do i have a second?

Alright, I have just reread everything, so is plot a course up 3 different buildings before climbing with total upward climbing time no more than 10 minutes acceptable? And yeah, I did complete it, but a lot of the buildings near me have these bricks stickings out on the corners, which are only about 3 ft apart each. I realize buildings in other places may be harder to climb, hence the doubled time limit.

I added the ladder... http://www.americanparkour.com/smf/index.php/topic,38537.0.html

Sam, reduce the height of the building or else I will again reject your challenge, maximum two stories, take into consideration that he may live in a rural area, and at best they only have shorter buildings. Not all cities are built the same.

So long as I have parkour I'm okay.

Alright, plot a course up 3 different buildings, at 2 stories high. Total upward climbing time no more than 7.5 minutes, which is an average of 1 minute 15 secs per story. Clock will be stopped on the way down and in between buildings

I challenge Vetter to do 25 handstand presses through out the day. I did them assisted using the wall.

My shoulders killed- I did stretches and range of motion exercises. (I suggest doing the same)
