What do you guys generally train in muddy/rainy/snowy weather just curious like Cats  Vaults flips ?

You can train any sort of movement that you want to in rainy/snowy weather! In fact, finding safe ways to train difficult movements in less-than-ideal conditions is really fun and satisfying. You just need to be extra-careful :)

Side note: please change the subject of this thread to something a little more descriptive/indicative of the subject matter (i.e. Rain Training, Training in Rain/Snow, etc.). Thanks!

Hey uh nick one issues I have with winter training even with warm clothes after so much running my lunges will start to burn do to cold is there any way to avoid or stop it?
