Haha, it's not too complex, I understand
I was just told to learn from standing and seen some posts where others say they should do so, because the steps mess up them
Lol, thanks. I agree, learning from standing can be a lot simpler/easier, but you need to a fix. I watched the video again and you're sort of generating the power in your bkick in a weird direction. Trust me, I know that feeling when you're coming out of the dip. You might want to either try the momentum steps and see if that helps. Otherwise you're going to have to fix your standing set-up. I'm going to drop the tutorial here for anyone else reading this thread:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibs8RgE9noYI don't wanna speak too much for you, but I'm guessing that it feels sort of weird to squat down and jump sideways

. That's basically how much the momentum has to shift when you start facing forward. In my opinion, it helps a lot if you wind up a little bit more. What I mean is that instead of facing forward in the beginning, have your torso facing the opposite direction that you'll be facing when you begin the bkick/twist (refer to video) and dip ever so slightly deeper.
Main points: Try different set-ups and pick your favorite, but of course practice both. And don't forget to LIFT AND PUSH!
