Well first off try to start on a big trampoline of some sort. If you get enough air you don't even have to tuck that much and that way you can get used to the motion of leaning back.

Also get a rhythm down, like when I back tuck I always jump, lean back, slap my knees (the tucking part) and then untuck. This is of course done very fast and the slap on my knees makes a nice clap sound when I am exactly mid-air (a very nice novelty). By using this rhythm technique I can always rely on muscle memory and take a fairly complicated trick and turn it into something a kindergarten kid can do. I realize that my backflips are actually better then my front flips because of this, I sometimes over tuck or un tuck to soon on my flips because its really a guess for me when to un tuck.

generally once you know how to do a backflip it is much easier then any other kind of flip because its total muscle memory.

Did you even watch his video?  He definitely doesn't need to go on a trampoline because his backtucks are fine.  Hes got a good set (could jump a little higher) and he lands them well even though he untucks a little bit earlier than he needs to.  Also I would say you could tuck a little bit tighter and for longer so that you don't land stumbling.  Good job though.

You're flipping a bit too early. You want to wait until you get to the top of your jump before initiating rotation. Otherwise, your set is pretty nice since you are getting your arms up and don't drop your head back right away until you start flipping. Distance is also pretty good as you don't travel that far back (e.g. are getting most of your energy vertical). But yeah the main thing is to wait a bit longer. Practice some maximum height jumps with arms extended overhead before you do some. It should help a bit.

Also, stronger abs wouldn't hurt to make the flip turn over faster giving you more time to land.. everyone needs to work on that though along with a stronger posterior chain. But yeah, this last part is just general advice for everyone unless you can do standing double backs and layouts... :)

One thing you could do that may help is sink down more before exploding upwards.  I personally go to a little above 90 degrees.
