Pretty good tutorial, thanks! A couple tips that you gave will help a lot of people. Also a pretty cool idea of using the mat to bounce you up, I've never seen that before.

Very simple and to the point. I like the use of safety equipment while learning.

I think you should discuss the biomechanics/physics more. Jumping up and tightening into a ball is not really how a front flip works. Some discussion of elevating the hips would be very useful. Good looking out!
