L-sit, 9 seconds ish max, the rest were like 5 or 6 seconds, almost 50 seconds?
Tuck, 8 sec max? Sorta, the rest were 4-6 seconds
HSPU fail, i worry my shins, won't do it for a week or 2

Jus testing out. Can't find a good wall nearby to do the climb ups yet.

Tuck  17  18? stg like that I got distracted  Tried a few tuck planche push ups, but my height was so pathetic and ended up doing some PPPUs instead
Front lever, no time but I tried to straighten my legs and stuff


Always pushing the form, which is why the duration isn't really increasing.. Also almost did a full ROM HSPU but fell over before it completed..

So I think I've reached another point of my training. Still can't train real Parkour, shin splints still there. Gonna try to stop for 100 days and see what happens, starting today. Even though it's Summer and gorgeous out..

Anyways, I've achieved a few cool things lately, and the isometric holds training (even though I know I can train harder at it) seem to be making me stronger.
Recent achievements:
Climb up
A proper HSPU (against wall)
Pull ups till chest.

That's pretty much it. Still, it's nice to see some strength gains. Gonna set up some new goals.
1) GET RID OF SHIN SPLINTS FOR GOOD, until then, there is no point including any parkour moves in goals.
2) Muscle up on bar.
3) 5 reps HSPUs and Climb ups in a row.
4) 40 second L-sits (they don't seem to be increasing at all)
5) 5 second Front lever
6) Advanced Tuck Planche, 5 seconds

I wanna do Parkour so bad...

anyways, L-sit and Tucks were pretty standard, around 3 sets of 20 seconds

Went balance training outside on rails, also did front lever training, managed a shitty front lever, don't know how shitty though.

1 shitty HSPU, gonna do these before tuck next time, else too weak.

135 standing press and ... i dunno whatever for deadlifts and bench.

Press i did 115 for 1 set, dunno if i can do 3, gonna try
bench? 135 5x3 np

However, cheated a muscle up using my legs to kick the side, :P

Ok. I have not updated my journal in a while. I realize that without some kinda of guide, training is kinda aimless.

recent news, started Capoeira, love it, insanely fun thing to do, but I realize I can't improve much without my own training as well. I also know I've been slacking. Right now I have Cap 5 times a week.

Weekly schedule now:
4-5 times capo every weekday
2-3 days strenght training
2 days parkour

Strenght would be, as usual, getting squat to 300 (been saying that for a looong time)
Dips, getting to +50? lbs (for now)
Pull ups +25 lbs

HSPUs 5x3

That is all.

also, I want to train for a decent roundhouse kick and side kicks, so I will be doing tha whenever I'm not strneght training.
