Hey on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm we have a adult gymnastics/parkour class where you can come to learn a specific trick or to just train and have fun its at CC's gymnastics in Ruston. The class is an hour and a half and cost $10.00 each time.

Jathon Thompson:
Thanks man. I'm from ULM in Monroe, and have been training on campus for two years. Would any of you guys also like to get together? it doesn't have to be a full-out jam; a casual training session would also be cool. I have nothing against indoor training, but I would love it if we could all get together in an outdoor setting. Let me know if any of you are up for this. We can discuss details. :)

I personally like to really challenge myself and push my physical limits. However, I haven't felt any sense of dedication from anyone around me lately. And it's hard for me to challenge myself when alone. So I would like to train with people who also like to push themselves.
