@Nick:
But what is your right way might not be the next guys... ya know? I mean, I get what you're saying there, but... At the same time? lol You get me? :O
If I may ask what do you mean by:Elaborate, please, if you do not mind? :)

Bad wording, sorry

Yea, I know what you mean by that and you're right, lol. Not exactly the one and only "right" way, but more like guidelines to a positive life. To answer both your questions, if you've ever watched videos from people like Epic1 on YouTube, he shares a lot of his ideas about how to handle situations or how to avoid them, how to think, etc., along with his parkour videos. It's not the "right" way for everyone, but when people see you as a good person or a successful person or a role model, your words will have a deeper impact than someone who says the same thing, but doesn't actually have proof that they apply it to themself.

For example, say you were going to write a paper based on politics and you have to research for it. There are two possible people you can ask for help: the President of the United States (if you're in America) and a guy digging out of a trashcan (not literally...but you know what I mean). Who would you ask? You see what I mean? You'd rather listen to the guy who you know for a FACT has experience and background; someone you know has expertise in this area and you may see him in a "higher up" position.

It seems wrong, but to be honest, would you listen to someone who's giving philosophical advice and goes back five minutes later to ignoring their own words, or someone who actively lives a life that they teach?

What I meant to say is that there is are people on YouTube who will say "Stay safe. Protect your body and make it last forever; Live life to the fullest" or something else meaningful as such. But those words lose their meaning to people when the next few videos they post involve them jumping off 50 foot balconies or play Chicken on a highway (not speaking to anyone in particular, just making an example). But, those words become meaningful and inspire people when they watch the same person following their own example, knowing their limits, showing respect, and generally acting as a good person. Or maybe a better/simpler example, would be like if someone always advises people to stay calm in a situation, and an unconstructive comment in the video causes that person to start cussing the viewer out, abusing them and using ALL CAPS, lol. I guess the word would be: hypocrite

Haha, no worries, you're fine :)

And ahhh, alrighty, I get you know. Ha.
Should parkour be viewed differently though? Cause, like... Some of the bigger names aren't necessarily that inspiring to me, while there are other people that put out videos where they just talk... About it all? And I "feel" what they're saying, if that makes sense? Just a thought :P

Understood now :) Thank you for clearing that up :P
