Over the years I've been stopped by Cops for running or Practicing Martial Arts many times.
I once had a cop pull his gun on me beacuse he stopped me at a park after dark, which I'm aware is against the rules, but I was 16 and loved night training and it was only like 9. He stopped me and frisked me, when he got to my ankles (Which had ankle weights straped to them) he jumped back and pulled his weapon. True story. I almost shi* my pants

In hein sight it's a good thing I didn't run cause he probably would have shot me.

David Belle once robbed a bank and left all the money on the Roof. He just wanted to prove that he could overcome any "Vault"..

I haven't had any experiences with Parkour vs. Police yet, however I have been threatened with them by people a few times.

It is quite annoying -.- but I know that eventually I'll have to have a sit down with them after some random neighbor or something calls the police because of "some kid doing crazy stunts" or whatever the people call Parkour these days.

OP, I hope shoes aren't part of the police uniform because when I'm a cop, I'd be much more efficient at chasing people with my Five-Tens hahah.
