I'd like to say to layer up and buy gloves, especially leather gloves, this is of course to prevent frost-burn, I know what you're dealing with, but wait I don't... I say this sarcastically because the veteran members will say to never ever use gloves, even if it means risking your health because they know more about winter conditions, especially those from Miami. Again I say this sarcastically because I'm tired of being bashed for being sensible.

Seriously though, leather gloves will deliver the insulation you need with the grip you must have. As far as layers, A thermal tee-shirt with a tee-shirt over that plus a hoodie = plenty of warmth. For pants you're going to want to go with snow-pants or Sweat-pants under jeans or break-pants.

Personally, my choice of clothing for cold weather (being around the 20 degree mark with no snow) would be a two shirts and a hoodie, and shorts under a pair of sweatpants.

I didn't wear gloves because I could find a legit pair around my house and believe me, they would have helped.
Frozen fingers decrease my abilities, and leather gloves sound like a very excellent idea.

So pretty much what Ryan said.

Layer up with hoodies and shirts... Around here, only a winter jacket cuts it, at -15 C.

I would suggest the layers, as everyone else has said, but then also a windbreaker or shell of some sort. It makes being in the snow more bearable (in the case of rolls and the such), keeps wind from getting to you, and also makes drying off very easy.

Layers work, But not several layers which will bunch up, chafe (painful) and not allow your skin to breath. I've only been doing PK a Few months but I've been doing distance running a while. I would suggest some Under armour or decent thermal and a hoodie. You still want to be able to move and once you really get going you're gonna start sweating no matter how cold it is (over freezing that is) Gloves are Tricky. I would suggest them only if they are: 1: tight, as to not move around which will screw your grip for cats or climbs and hand placement for vaults and 2: Durrable: kinda speaks for itself.
I suggest Mechanix Gloves. They aren't the warmest but as I said, simply running hard will warm you up
David Belle once robbed a bank and left all the money on the Roof. He just wanted to prove that he could overcome any "Vault"..

Open Gym sessions 1 to 2 times a week, more if you can afford it.
I like Tricking and Free Running, i don't think i actually do parkour, because i do it for fun and self expression, which would change the term to free running.

And this is why people in north eastern europe regularly release winter videos with no gloves on.

Those winters are actually quite mild, I still don't see how you miss climatic differences, it's on the other hemisphere man.

I wear a short sleeve shirt, long sleeve shirt, and a pretty heavy hoodie, with a hat that covers my ears and my hood up.Sweatpants under jeans, or two pairs of sweatpants if I'm needing more flexibility.

But seriously, no using gloves can mess you up bad if you're in like 8 degree weather like I have been.
My fingers lock up easily, though. But even with gloves eventually my fingers get so numb I can't do anything with my hands, even if you can handle it without gloves try not to push it, because I always did and now my fingers can lock up in above freezing temps. Anatomy and physiology teacher said pushing it without gloves will create a lot of problems health wise if we're constantly touching metal objects or snow/ice.

If its cold wear what you normally would outside when its cold, obviously.

I don't usually step foot outside unless its at least around 40 degrees, its just not worth it.

Take advantage of training and conditioning in your house if you can, and try and hit some gym sessions as well.

Gloves are a no. Even if they are leather you aren't going to be able to grab bars and walls and rails very well, i'd rather have cold hands than horrible grip on everything. Of course if you are just doing flips than go ahead.

If you intend to train for practical or real-life application, then use gloves if you're in an area that gets cold. Unless you don't normally wear gloves when it's ten degrees out.
Age is just another obstacle. Get over it.

Somebody obviously bought the wrong type of gloves; my gloves seem to have no problem gripping any surface, regardless of conditions, in fact the only thing that I can't grip with my gloves is ice.

in my opinion, the best kind of gloves would be football gloves, they have a rubber like coating and the grip is amazing, and maybe like a hoodie? i dunno cuz like that dude said i dont train outdoors if its not sunny

I wear a tshirt if it's 50° which i would like to consider a warm day.
