Haven't done anything this week. I'm sick as a dog and I seem to have this little injury going on. Gonna chalk this up to a rest week and see how I feel come saturday

Went to the doctor on Friday and found out I have a Hernia. :-[ So my training seems to have to go on hold till probably mid March, which sucks the big one. I will be spending my time meditating and doing machine bicep curls, tricep curls, grip training and calf raises cause that's all I can think of that I'll be able to do till a month after surgery. My arms are gonna be JACKED (silver lining) :-\ and I guess I'll be watching a lot of videos and working on my Company and Book

I've been doing the Dargon Titanium Ankle Workout like 5 times a day as well as basically the same exercise for my Wrists. Hernia isn't gonna keep me down!! I've also been Flexing and Holding muscles through out my body. Not the most amazing workout but it's something.

Alright, after a Hernia then a bad low ankle sprain I'm almost back to being able to kick A** again. I've been waking up every morning at 6 am and working out (Push ups, crunches, pull ups, hanging leg lifts, a** to grass squats, 20 lbs swings, Lunges and jogging everynight). I'll be going to the Gym today. Just posting this to inform everyone that I'll be starting a new 365 in a week or two once.

Keep those eyes open

Last Night.

Bench press
135x10
155x6
135x10

Clean and Press
90x10
110x8
100x10

Front full squat
110x10x3

Windsheild wipers
3 sets of 10

Not the greatest workout cause the weight was low. But Trying to be gentle with my ankle so I focused on form and tempo.

Followed by bacon cheese burger with no bun cause I'm smart.  :P

Woke up late so I missed my morning workout

Been working out but slacking on my forum game lately.

20Th- Last Wednesday. Did About 2 hours of rail work, balance and wall stuff. Nothing to hard but it was 102 degrees so anything is a w/o

21st- Repeated my last post almost to the T.

Yesterday the 25Th.

10 minute Jog

5x3s

185 lbs back squats passed parallel to ground

135 Lbs Bent over Rows (overhand grip to just below sternum)

Standing overhead Press  95lbs

Bench Press 135 lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets. (I have fresh ink on my back so I couldn't do much here)

Pull Ups. Over hand no thumb grip w/ 2 hands, Pulled up to the right hand then down then to left hand then down= 1 rep. Did 5 reps and 3 sets

Ate like a bammer after. 2 Blue moons and 18 hot wings. My version of Paleo

Gonna try to do some Vault skill training today. Ankle is feeling a lot better but I don't want to over do it. See you tomorrow

About 2 1/2 hours of solid PK.

Worked on Tic Tacs to Wall Ups and low Wall Drops to get used to drops again.

Did a lot of tree Climbing including climbing Vines hand over hand like Tarzan (Grip, Lats, Abs)

-Moved Locations

Practiced your basic Vaults. Lazy, Theif, Speed, Turn and some Short Kongs

Kongs are once again my main issue. Just need to re learn them I guess.

Also, Practiced some easy precisions, strides and some Flow

Posting to follow your journey into IF.

I've done it with Ketogenic dieting, and the results were pretty aggressive.

Okay, Last week was my Beach vacation so Fasting wasn't happening. Started today, or I suppose last night at 8:30 which was my last meal. I won't be eating today till about 1300 est. I'm already hungry as F and my belly is doing flips (to be expected) I'm drinking a lot of water as "IF" suggests.

For those of you whom didn't check out the link the basis is as such.
Fasting intermittently everyday peaks fat Burn and super charges Growth Hormone production. The body uses up much of the bodies readily available energy at night while you sleep and then switches over to fat after 8-10 hours. Which implies that the 6 hours after I wake up till I eat, my body is surviving off of Stored Energy up to possibly 24 hours. This program is based on a logic that man  was designed to store fat and survive without eating for extended periods while still operating at highly efficient levels in order to survive. The trick I may have issues with is fitting 2500 Cal in 8 hours while eating healthy whole foods.

I'll also be doing the W/O suggested: Approx 5x3 (4-5 reps for 3 sets) of "Old school" Lifts. Bench Press, DL, Squats, Overhead Press, Bent over Rows, Weighted Pull ups and Dips. I'll probably throw Calf raises in there too. (Gym takes less than an hour) That's MWF and Parkour Skills TTS

I'll be posting some Before Pictures of me looking "Skinny Fat" after my vacation drinking, later today
