Went to the doctor on Friday and found out I have a Hernia.

So my training seems to have to go on hold till probably mid March, which sucks the big one. I will be spending my time meditating and doing machine bicep curls, tricep curls, grip training and calf raises cause that's all I can think of that I'll be able to do till a month after surgery. My arms are gonna be JACKED (silver lining)

and I guess I'll be watching a lot of videos and working on my Company and Book
