Month 1- Week 2- Day 16- January 16 2012: I did 3 two minute planks. I need to start taking a camera with me anywhere I go just in case I can find a good spot to capture.

I wasn't able to accomplish staying up to date with 365 but I'm hoping to make up for it by progressing this year anyway. I'll be posting more about training whenever I happen to do it.

Most of the time you say you're just doing some sit ups, push ups, and planks. That might help a tiny bit, but it's not going to help you a whole lot. Try designing an actual workout. Push ups and Sit ups seem like they're good, but unless you're doing them in some sort of progression to make them harder there are much better exercises for parkour.

Take a look at the workout stickies.
