Day 6:
Had martial arts. I'm only adding martial arts because we did major pressing and ab endurance. I'm doing shoulder and wrist pre-hab work so I'll be better fit for bodyweight strength training. I've been doing arabians on the trampoline for the past couple days and it payed off. I haven't been doing any cart-fronts for a month. When I did them before they were like a side flip torquing into a front flip and very hard to land, but after arabians, my problem went away. I did some cart fronts at the martial arts school and they were awesome. I came up turned in mid air and setted perfectfly, then I tucked for the first time on the flip. I landed straight up and was so excited.
