Day 30/ week 5/ month 1

yesterday i was suppose to get  myy wisdom teeth pulled but that did happen. so i woke up supper early incase i did get them pulled.
bar kips and rail balance both of those have shot throughout the roof since month 1 (start)

Day 31/ Week 5/ Month 1

Today was great got my biggest persison yet. also strides getting way better. bar kips on a really low bar and rail flow. also standing dive kongs. also month 1 is out!

Yesterday was just more balance and bar kios right into hipcircles (almost) then pull ups an muscle ups.

day 35/ week 6/ month 2

yesterday was just get up early and work front hip circles (still trying to get them) bar kips rail flow. palm spins, thief to handspring, and palm to thief. later that day was too busy to do other stuff

Day 36/  Week 6/ Month 2

today was fun attempting front hip circles still. also lashes and rail flow. worked side flips and front flips. also front and side running websters. then did precisions and strides!! got my max  ;D stride of 9ft to 9ft stride!!! as well as pop vaults and rolls from one story.

day 37/ week 6/ month 2

yesterday was fun attempted pumas and it was ok till i hurt my back by landing on a concrete block falling forward on the puma. also just pull  ups and sprints then kongs up stairs standing and 2 steps. also precisions up stairs.

today was a recovery day mainly bc I'm injured but ya just the basic vaults and speed courses.

yesterday was better my back wasn't as hurting. did precisions up the stairs and running ones to. did standing kongs up the stairs and running ones to up stairs. and basic vaults ant bar kips to still trying front hip circles.

woke up early to do just knots up the stairs and handstands. I'm getting wisdom teeth pulled today so ya. i will just be doing balance for the next 3 days or so

today was just more basic values and trampoline for rotation control. just a few more days till i can do full on stuff.
the reason i can't exert my self is because i got my wisdom teeth pulled a few days ago and i can't do exercise for a week. :/

I decided to train every day this year also, but this year there are 366 days so calling it a 365 is a day short lol. Looks like you are doing great, way better than me.

did rolls cartwheels and more balance. i tried a hand stand bad idea all the blood went up and where my wisdom teeth were. it sucked...
