Due to a van breakdown, illness, and infernal heat, our action in Phoenix was limited. However, we did squeeze in this short and sweet training session at a nice spot that Francesco Caban, a local practitioner, brought us to. Special thanks to Francesco who helped us out with lodging and transportation during our stay in Arizona. He is a talented movement artist and a prominent Parkour/Freerunning coach in the Phoenix area so show him some love!
