First, I'm noticing a lack of jump height. Second, you're using your hand for balance upon landing. Third, only ten seconds passed after the first side-slip, which was slightly worse, due to leaning forward, and less than ten before the third, which was honestly terrible. Lastly I notice you're not holding your landing posture.

Reference:

1: Jump higher and reach out more, before arching.
2: Don't use your hand at all, this could cause wrist injury.
3: Rest up more between each run, or you're going to get progressively worse due to over-practice.
4: This can result from lack of precision, or lack of landing practice, by the looks of it, you're not absorbing enough impact + momentum, which is causing you to continue movement even though you don't want it.

Learn split step take off, it looks cleaner.
I like Tricking and Free Running, i don't think i actually do parkour, because i do it for fun and self expression, which would change the term to free running.

like i told another person on here, "sideflips are difficult to get use to but are second nature once you hammer it into your head. get a nice constand jog and take a small leap and turn to your comfortable side. (the side you would use to preform a cartwheel or what not). bend both knees, lanch upwards with your arms leading you then once your knees are almost fully extended, kick up your outside leg as if you were trying an arial. as you finnish your launch off your toes go into a tuck, hands behind your knees preferably.
as of the landing, spot your landing area mid flip, untuck and plant you the same foot you let off with and rock onto your other foot, try not to land with both feet at the same time when you first try it, it will cause you to keep rotating. any other questions about it just message me or reply to this and i will be happy to show you a spot videa using a buddy as a crutch and also a video of my doing it on flat ground." just work on them with some sort of a crutch, a freind or even a pad at a gym. competitive edge gym has a real nice set up if your near the louisville area. its right off river road near the tumbleweed on the river. its $7 on sundays 2pm to 4pm.
