Bench Press, for those beautiful chesticles that will bring all the boys/girls to the yard.
;)

If you're looking for aesthetics, then 3x5 isn't the best rep scheme.  On the other hand, it's probably a good place to start and work up to more weight so that if you make the switch to bodybuilding for the upper body, you'll be able to move more weight.  Plus, as you'll find out, the main question that people ask if they don't lift is "What do you bench?"

You'll still need to pick a good pulling exercise.  Pendlay rows, DL, Snatch Grip High Pull, etc.
Joe; Always good to look for harder and harder skills. If you're ever the strongest person in the gym, go find a stronger gym.-Jim (from BeastSkills)

I'm trying to give the hint that your goals need to be SMART goals here... (e.g. read the sticky article on goals).

Having non-measurable goals is crap, and once you have goals you'll find it much easier to construct a routine.

My aim is to help YOU build YOUR OWN routine. So you learn how to do it, and not just rely on other people to do it for you.

Honestly, all my goals are the ones I posted on the document.  Sure, I could make up goals that sound great, but they really wouldn't be my goals.
