I was seeking out spots and training for two hours straight at my school. I practiced mostly balance and vaults, I'm a lot more comfortable training with people around.

9/12/12 I mostly practices vaults, strides wallruns and a little balance at a spot at my school. I had to end the session a little early though because I bruised my hip on a roll on concrete.

Today I did a lot of parkour training at a particular spot at my school. I mostly practiced wallruns, precisions, etc. There was a lot of running up and down the nearby stairs because I was going all over the place.

Also, I'm considering trying the 365 challenge again, I'm gonna try to have it officially start on the first day of October.

Another random note, I bought 80 ft of rope, so when it comes in I'll be working on a lot of rope climbs and other various types of grip training.
