you'll be able to learn wall runs easily if you just attempt them a lot.
I like Tricking and Free Running, i don't think i actually do parkour, because i do it for fun and self expression, which would change the term to free running.

My shin bond always hurt when I run every 100m or try to jump up with my left leg. I don't have any picture, if you know what website I can take a photo about shin bond give me so I can give you more details. THANKS sir.

Is your keyboard incapable of typing the word "Bone"? A bond is not a bone.

You told me it's not shin splints. However, it really sounds like shin splints. How do you know it's not shin splints?

Sorry about my bad word and I know it not Shin Splint because I do it for more than a week and it still hurt. I try to stop running, tricking for a week too. Please help me.

the wall run and wall climb are the first two things i learned how to do. if your feet keep slipping get some shoes with better grip. or it might be the fact that your feet might not be being placed at the right time/angle. also try to do a small jump when you put your first foot on the wall.
