Hey there, i recently just got a gym membership to a very nice gym. I was wondering what is a good like multiple day workout plan thats especially good for parkour? Right now its day 1 upper body, day 2 lower body and back, day 3 core and abs, day 4 cardio and some yoga, day 5 rest. This is good for now, but i want a more pk specific workout schedual, keep in mind there are about 30 different machines i can use and a shit load of free weights.
