Condition indoors at your school or a local gym, and practice technique outside.

Get some good gloves and some underarmor or something to keep you warm. Wear warm clothes

Go outside and create vault boxes out of snow, create landing zones for jumps, ect.

Vault boxes? That's an excellent idea! I've never thought of that . Great suggestion. I am soo doing that this winter!

Winter out here is like summer for you other guys. The least is around 50 degrees in the morning so far and at most 80 degrees by the middle of the day. My only complaint is now that I've got tolerable weather, the grass is dying and it's not as soft anymore.

Btw, can you even MAKE vault boxes out of snow? Seems like it would just collapse as soon as you kong it. That would make a good LOL to see your friend get a faceful of ice. I couldn't try it though, it never snows.

A vault wall maybe can be done but rolling could hurt wall runs could be slippery etc

If you're afraid of pain, I fear you may be in the wrong physical activity (since apparently you can't call PK a sport)

I think I've got a general idea , its just like building a snowman , you let it stand over some time and it becomes rock hard., the same ide a could be probably used for this of course just top it with a some water just for your friends xD
