My Goals:- To increase my stamina and endurance to be able to jog at least 5 laps on our university oval(dunno how long it is :l i think 1-3km not really sure :p)
- Balance on a rail(too simply describe? I'm sure it's easier said than done)
- Precision
- Kongs
- Vaults
- Handstand for at least 2 minutes without wall
- Wall Climb
My Progress:- To increase my stamina and endurance to be able to jog at least 5 laps on our university oval - i can properly jog at a talking phase for 1/4 of it ._.
- Balance on a rail - not started yet(too simply describe? I'm sure it's easier said than done)
- Precision - can clear 2 feet on the ground xD
- Kongs - fearing my foot would cling on to the edge
- Vaults - lazy vault can clear almost 2 feet(haven't tried anything higher yet why? fear probably xD but i'll work on it)
- Handstand for at least 2 minutes without wall - 1-3 seconds...
- Wall Climb - about 5 ft ( close to my height)
I want to know what to improve on to and to keep track of what we're doing as well....
My training days is twice a week...
Nov. 11, 2011Warm-up: (the distance is about 15 feet more or less. We did it to and for so it is about 30 ft more or less. Did it 5 sets each.) - Sprint
- Suicides
- Suicide + Eggroll
- Jumping Jacks(10x), Sprint(Still suicide format), pushup(10x) , Sit-up(10x)
- Suicide with twisting indian seat(dunno what it's called did it 10x)
Stretching and Techniques:(2 sets each)- Front kick
- Back kick
- Side kick
- and about 10 other different combinations.
5 minute breakCool down:- Shadow Sparring... (did this 1-2 hours didn't really know the time. We were swapping partners so it has about 5 seconds interval)
- Basic Throwing with partner...(about an hour)
We are free to do whatever we want before the formal training starts i do headstand(with hands for balance no wall), hands and handstand(with wall) hoping to strengthen my core.
I plan to add an extra day(Sundays. To make the workout days 3 times a week) where i would go jog on the said oval(ground. it is oval in shape lawl...) and work on some of the goals...(there is a staircase there so i can do a few different types of workout and if i remember correctly there is a rail)
Really wishing there is a WOTD on Sundays even if it is just a short workout ...
