Homework

Homework for Week One

Homework is designed to last about 30 minutes each day. This 30 minutes isn’t not something to do for us, it is something that you do to build your own strength, skill, and abilities. This 30 minutes is something you should do for yourself to improve in fitness and parkour. 2 hours a day, one day a week is not enough repetition and time to progress in parkour or fitness.

Fundamentals Class

Every day, focusing on form, 30 slow reps of each:
   -   Pull ups
   -   Push ups
   -   Air squats
   -   Sit ups
   -   Swimmers

When I get back I'm hoping to start going to the Intermediate class. I've been kind of getting lazy...

But anyway wanted to congratulate you guys, because those classes made me sooo much better.

Thanks!  ;D

Thanks. Around what date should I be Pre-registered? Do I have to pre-register to get a spot, or will there be spots open if I choose to register later?

the sooner you register the better. the later you wait, the more likely the classes might be filled up.

I'll let Matt or Sat talk about the class...but the jam afterwards was tons of fun!

We went to Park Place for about an hour and then up to the castle playground and played tag for hours!!
2 people it...ok to touch the ground was the best...awesome training!

Can't wait for class and tag tomorrow!

What a great way to spend a saturday.

Ok, I'm finally going to get back into this. School starting totally threw me off, but now we're a month into it, and I'm over the shock. So this saturday I'm coming. Sweet. Good, ok.

So the classes are always full? or could one walk in sometimes?

You can walk in anytime. There are usually a few people gone, and the classes are not at full capacity(I don't think) anyway, so you'll be fine.
