I don't think he's trolling, just very very very new to this. Pretty sure he's referring to frogstand anyway, I doubt that anyone who has so many starting questions in general fitness can do a full planche already.

Yes Nick I ment Frogstand where you put your legs on your elbows I  can hold it for about 2 seconds and then my body starts to tip to the right I learned the hard way just now not to  keep holding it after you start to tip you will land on your head...

That's part of the progression. Keep doing the frogstands until you can hold them for thirty seconds, or a minute. The reason you're losing your balance is probably due to lack of muscle - something is not pulling its weight in keeping you steady. In any case you'll need to learn to balance properly to do the other progressions and the planche itself. It's extremely difficult to just "do a planche".
Age is just another obstacle. Get over it.
