New and Improved Parkour Classes at The Spot

Equipment has been made, curriculums have been planned, and logistics have been settled upon. We have made the ambitious leap to rival the quality of any other parkour program in the world and look forward to helping people learn and discover the wonders of parkour. The new and improved Colorado Parkour classes at The Spot are ready to roll on March 3rd.

Great class everyone! I was extremely happy to see 22 people show up to classes and do a great job working hard on the fitness tests. Everyone did awesome and I look forward to the upcoming classes and watching everyone progress!
