Starting Location – Kastner Intermediate School, 7676 North 1st St, Fresno, CA

Time – 9:30 am - Sundown (Around 4:49pm)

Meeting Spot – Grass field in the center of campus with three bulbous branches

What you’ll need – Plenty of water, work-out clothing (dress according to the weather), food or money for food
Itinerary:• Meet at Kastner at 9:30am
• Announcements, head count, and group warm up/stretch at 9:50am
• Free jam (Beginner and group training will be available)
• Gather for cool down stretch and break for lunch at 12:00pm
• Regroup at CSU Fresno by the fountain at 1:00pm
• Head count and re-warm up/stretch at 1:15pm
• Free jam (Beginner and group training will be available)
• Gather and move to Dry Creek park at 3:30pm
• Warm-up and free jam upon arrival until sundown (approx. 5pm)
• Gather for group light conditioning, cool down, and stretch
• As far as I know, Gymnastics Beat will be open from 7:30pm-10pm for open gym that night, so feel free to visit if you still have energy left! ($5 per person)
