Hey, any traceurs in the Monroe Area. We have newly formed Ninjahood Parkour (NPK). Formerly known as The Brotherhood. We have around ten members right now. Anyone else train near Monroe?

I try and update it daily with my workout for the day. It is fairly new, but the workout is increasing over time. I keep track of all exercises in a 'totals' section on the blog.
