Day 83 and Day 84
Sat and Sunday
Vegas guys came out the day before and we got an early start at 9am to get our Sat JAM going. I did a little flow work but throughout the day hit alot of bounds and leaping (as well as standing) precisions. did a handful of kp's and other vaults and flow.
Sunday was a bit lighter of a jam day. most where sore, injured or just worn out. hit a little warm up and off to a small, but new location for me. there was a little bit of rail flow as well as a rail kp, a good multi level drop and a decent sized brick wall kp.
all in all a great weekend. i think i applied myself well and showed some good parkour
