Keep getting hurt.

Alright, I went to the gym to try some backflips (which were successful, yey!) and somehow i ended up hurting my knees. I didnt take any drops, twist them, or really anything that should hurt them. This keeps happening with random parts of my body, should I just be more careful, or is there some some sort of abnormal fragility with me?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's definitely not random. If you look back to what you were doing and what hurts you'll surely find a connection. I would say you're just not conditioned enough to be doing whatever you're doing. It's the only reasonable explanation I can think of if you say you've done nothing else that should hurt them.

My guess is it's just you using your body in ways it's not used to (i.e. an overuse injury).

Is it your knee joints that hurt or just the tendons (area right around the knee)?

It's the actual joint, but the only thing i can think of that stressed my knees were rolls, which don't seem like they would...
