Went to Vegas but didn't do much training. Just some basic vaults and tons of plaunches and tuck plaunches.

Day 198 - Monday

Sick day of training as expected. Traveled to Cedar City, Utah to hit up a place called Discovery Park. TOTALLY SICK! Lots of awesome stuff  to play on. I could spend WEEKS there and not do everything I wanted.

Lots of filming done and lots of progress made!

Light day of training flow and plyos. Nothing crazy. Just working up a sweat while trying to keep myself from getting too sore for tomorrow. MORE FILMING!

Went to my home town and had a great jam session with the LHPK and LVPK. Hit up their new spots and really pushed my abilities. Hit some big strides and some huge precisions!

Day 204 - Sunday

Went to Kingman, AZ and explored their downtown area. The city itself is... messed up. But the school, courthouse, and other historical buildings around there have some SWEET spots! Had tons of fun and I get to come back up in a week to hit up some massive filming stuff!

Had a great day training in town with my old teammate. We rocked some follow the leader and ended up pushing our bounderies and filming some sick stuff! Lots of plyos, precisions and strides! So fun!

Day 206 - Tuesday

Had 2 seperate training sessions. Went back to Glen Eagles with my friend anthony and messed around with more strides and plyos. Once we finished up with that after a couple hours, we got ahold of another friend and jumped around from location to location just messing around with stuff.

Then tonight I hit up my old gym and worked on trinity flips since I have neglected wall tricks

Tons of upper body until my arms didn't want to lift anymore.

To make thigns crazier, I went to a small gathering with some of my old PK buddies from havasu and you know you cant get any aspiring athletes together without having some fun inside a house. =)

Had a nice little gathering at the park where I worked TONS of kong based skills and techniques. I learned a lot!

Also went and filmed with Anthony again and over came a few more height precisions! =D

Tried to go to the gym today but the cheer class just dominated the gym during pk. Waste of time so I left. (theres a quality I dont miss about being in Havasu)

But I went out and trained more precision technique today. Kept it light since tomorrow I commence 3 days of crazy intense filming! =D

Went out to the bridge for one last hoorah with my Havasu friends. Took a very simple object and had tons of fun learning new stuff on it! Best way to train!
