Day 110 - Sunday

Scratch that... this jam got so much better on Sunday. The group was small and we just hit up Henderson and just had a blast, ending with an awesomely cheesy bro moment on a giant roof of a school that I reluctantly climbed to the top of (I hate crazy heights but I did it for those guys!), during a perfectly timed sunset.

Pushed my limits, learned so much, and had without a doubt, the best time of my life TO DATE.

Day 111 - Monday

So happy.

After learning a ton from Jeremy in Vegas, I came home with a new fire under me to clean up all the problems I have been having with my newer tricks. My B-twist is finally looking legit, and my A-twist is finally exactly how I want it to look.

I also worked some tricking today as well. Getting my legs to stretch is tough but I'm GOING to learn this. I'm so excited for the next month. I have a feeling there will be a ton of things to learn this month.

Day 112 - Tuesday

Great conditioning with the students in our city ran parkour class. Lots of reverse bear crawls up steps, plyos up steps, traversing walls, stretching. Feeling good!

Tomorrow I will be going ape sh*t.

Day 114 - Thursday

Took it easy and did TONs of stretching, wall ups, some conditioning and even more stretching. Feeling tired today,  so happy because our Vegas video is out. I would greatly appreciate it if you lovely folks gave it a look over!

Worked some A-Twists outside as well as my basics. Traveled up to St. George Utah and had an awesome night of Longboarding down the center of town. Sweetness.

Day 119 - Tuesday

Worked climb ups early in the day, feeling not good. Gloomy day to start off with but then ended strong when Jeremy and I went to a dance studio and he taught me some breakdance stuff!

So fun!

Day 120 - Wednesday

Went to the desert while Jeremy was filming a thing for 5/10. Dealt with some heights I'm not used to (I have a paralyzing fear of heights) and played with some random flow over the rocks most of the day. Very fun.

Day 121 - Thursday

Played at the park, worked plyos, bounds, precisions, and flipping up stuff.

THEN went to the gym in Utah (Barefoot) and helped teach as well as worked on a few skills of my own.

Saw one of my teammates vids form AZ and now I am pumped to film hard.

Day 123 - Saturday

Went to Vegas and did some amazing filming and saw off my friend who was headed out to Hawaii for a few months.

I'm seeing a bunch of improvement in my speed and intensity of movement as well as confidence. My month 4 will be late, but it should be up this week.

Day 128 - Saturday

I trained literally all day until the sun went down.

I hit so many bounds, precisions, plyos, and strides that I have never done before. On top of that, I almost hit this awesome KP to a tiny little box that I never thought I could do (which I can, I just need to not be wrecked from a day of training to do it. =P) and on top of that I'm starting to work on flips over gaps on a level to level surface. I wish I could explain how awesome training was.

Guess I'll just have to show you some of the footage in month 5!
