We like what we are good at and we are good at what we like.
In other words, even if the WOD isn't your favorite thing, the more regularly you do it, the better you become, the more you like it.
It's the same with Parkour practice.
Now is now. I workout everyday and love it. I practice Parkour and do it as well maybe better then Sebastien Foucan. I am fit, look good, and eat balanced meals with all the right vitamins and supplements. I have a 3.5 in college because I set time aside for homework and studying. I call my family and friends at least 4 times a week, but obviously more when I feel like it. I am the man I want to be with a bright future that I will make.
This is a training log of all my workouts. It has my goals listed and will be used to compare myself to previous dates. They are ordered and numbered so I can easily find which workouts I can compare.
(Goals mind you, I'm not saying I do all these things but I will one day.)
