im not really sure. i think they did a pretty good organizing job last year. i suppose its possible to call up the same hostel as last time and try to set the same kind of thing up.

i know of some fantastic spots in jersey 20 minutes from the city.

nothing can beat chinatown, a place where 100 traceurs jumping around wouldn't even look out of the ordinary.

riverside and heckscher (the other spots from last year), in my opinion, leave something to be desired.

Yeah it wasn't that bad last year. seemed like pretty much everyone enjoyed themselves.

the nypk forums are still down so maybe when they get them back up some orginization might go down...hopefully

worse comes to worst anyone coming can camp out at my house. not too far from some ill spots, cheaper (the free kind of cheaper) than a hostel, and maybe we could get a barbecue or the likes going.

i dont want to see pkusa not go down because the forums are.

Seriously.  PKUSA was great last year.  I didnt see a problem in it at all. Exo & Rob did a great job organizing it.  We had a lot planned, although most of the organization fell through because we were told not to do it once we got there but it was there!  So, serisouly we should have PKUSA this year.  Who would I get ahold of to start this up?  What is the other big jam that is suppost to happens instead of this one?  I would like to go to new spots I would like to do a lot more.  LETS GET IT GOING GUYS!

it's just that the people who set things up last year have a lot on their plates. they may be secretly planning it again, but my bets more on maybe it being better if someone else took over planning.

overall i think the planning doesnt matter signifigantly, i dont mean to be a jerk or anything, but what's important is the parkour. we'll just try to get as many people together as possible and hit up some kick ass spots.

Yea, but if you want a big turn out things need to be organized. People dont want to see haphazardness and more than likely they wont be showing up because of the uncertainty.

Is it cool if I tag along one of these things? I cant do much, I just vault over random rails and stuff, the highest I can do is about shoulder lenght. I cant roll or anything but Im sure I could learn if I tag along and watch

hmmm...the PKA USA was indeed great last year. buh like some1 already mentioned, riverside wasnt all that. and i felt there was to much media focus on "the tribe" then the jam as a WHOLE. anyways, i think fort tryan in the heights should be added to the list this year IF PKA USA was 2 happen again.

To Clarify PKUSA will be happening this year in New York, and I've been pondering Idea's for this year event to top the ones I used last year. Our main focus right now is getting NYparkour back up. Were in the Middle of an"interesting" Server change to say the least, but as soon as thats over, which should be soon, and we launch the new Site, PKUSA INFo will follow.

I'm glad that many of you enjoyed last years, And we look forward to this years
