Hey, not too shabby video. The editing and all was pretty good, better than I could do, but some of your moves could use a few pointers. Your flips and kongs are all very good, but here's pointer numero uno. When doing those moves, especially the wall flips, choose something alot more durable then that fence that bends and breaks as you do it, I can see an injury coming, same with the things you do kongs on. Second pointer, do wall runs! When you are climbing a wall the size of the fence you were doing, you always just leap into a cat grab. Instead, do a wall run. Stick one leg out and use it to push your center of mass up there instead of having to pull yourself up with no momentum after a cat grab.

i think the main thing right now that would help your parkour the most would be climb-up practice.  check out demon's drill of the month for december, its a great topping out drill that has improved my climb ups drastically, i bet that it'd help you out too.

nice edit job, music a bit overused, but it works.

the fact that you put parkour/tricking so as to differentiate the two made me a very happy lad.

nice kongs!

decent flips. i would say keep working on all of your parkour basics. your climb ups in particular were just painful to watch.

Your flip form is actually rather sketchy Stepone you could defineatly benifit from some gymnastics instruction the wall flips have improved allot though, whats up with the 360 entrances to your wall climbs? If I were you I would clip you shots more the video was very long.
