just started to do parkour, i been putting it off alot but i think i got the roll and landing down. i have a 4 day weekend ahead so I'm going to practice as much as i can. tomorrow i get up at six, go to school at 7. after school i go to the weight room and workout with my wrestling coach helping me. i tend to workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. and Tuesday and Thursday i go to karate class and then a kickboxing class afterwards.

15 sets of 4 dumbbell flags
kickboxing is mostly cardio and leg and core workout.
