I was in a nasty car wreck about 9 months ago and have started the basics of getting back into shape... any suggestions?

What are your injuries? Doctor and/or physical therapist clear you for exercise?

Same way you'd fix your car after a car accident.  See a specialist who can give you some advice and direction and maybe even fix you.  After all, you'd do it for your car, why not your body?
