training my basics again.

so i was reviewing myself, and i figured out that i really got way to into flips. i need to really train my kongs, dash's, kash's, speed vaults, and precisions. any ideas on how i should go about it? im also teaching sombody new to parkour and so i would love if i could come up wit ha regimented training schedule.

Kudos for getting back into the basics, man!

You remember them well enough? I would just go through the tutorials again. The knowledge will probably be instantly refreshed, and if any problems or questions come up, you will have the tutorials to help you.

Make a set list for every session that you two have for like, the first 3-5 times. Where you will specifically work on these 4 or 5 things (depending on how much time you spend). Then once you have done the initial days, work on conditioning and perfecting the techniques before advancing in the same way.

Work on landings and proper kongs and precisions.

Thanks for the advice man! I remember how to do them, im just trying to balance out my parkour and free running, which is tipping towards the latter, which is not good. But il try it out, thanks :)

I think this forum is for general discussions of competitions I believe this should be moved to general parkour and free running discussion mods?

@ Shamas that's really good advice, I would also practice those movements until you react naturally instead of thinking about the move it would flow a lot better.

Also, this would be best served in the Movement thread or at the very least the General Fitness thread.

I am not sure competition really has anything to do with this topic.
