Ok. I'm back.  Didn't really go anywheres just haven't updated in a while.

Haven't been to th gym for a while. So no weights recently. I've been working a lot of body weight exercises.  Been doing a lot of pull ups. Pretty much everytime I walk past my bar I knock out a few. Been doing handstand pushup, against the wall. Lots of dips at work.  Started working the planche progression.  Also subscribed to the WOD so been doing my best with that. Actually surprised myself that I was able to do some windsheild wipers.

Also started doing turbo jam videos with my wife. I know. Goofy. But she wants to get into shape from after having the baby and me doing it with her helps keeps her motivated. I do wear my 20 pound weighted vest whilst doing it.

I'm really going to workk on keeping this better updated.

Monday november 7th

20 pull ups
20 chin ups
40 push ups
100 dips
Lots of jumping around, worked on some precisions on the cracks in the cement at work.
Did more BW squats. Can't wait till I get my bar
5 minutes jump rope.
Worked on handstands. Got a 5 second one.

Nutrition
Peanut butter and banana sandwich
Half of a TGI Fridays burger, wifes left overs
Got stuck working through lunch so didn't eat again till 7pm. Lunch meat chicken sandwich with Dorritos.
