That makes sense.
Unfortunately I wrecked both of my shoulders and along with those my pectorials. So I'm taking this next week off to heal. Should I just start the program over. Because I did it mid workout so I'm only through Two A Days and one B day now? Problem was I was totally incorrect on my max for Cleans. Ended up hurting myself.
This way I can switch to Mon, Wed, Fri. Which I realize now works better with my schedule.
Any suggestions for healing by the way. I'm taking magnesium and massaging them out.
