What are you talking about? I do no-handed dive kongs all the time.
I love it too! <3
Thank god you are being sarcastic about that no handed dive kong.... Then again it would be kind of funny to see somebody  land on it slide and faceplant into mud from a no handed dive kong  ;D

Get your camera and go do it. Now. :P
I've seen a no-handed speed vault. Somehow the guy missed with his hand but did it as if nothing happened.

I'm just going to drop it with your so called "vault", too bad they don't call it high vaulting, or long vaulting, or even triple vaulting in track.

No, what we need is a vault that requires you to plant your head somewhere, preferably at an angle, slightly backwards.

Sounds like it would be called the suicide vault.

I learned this way.

1-Two hand
2-one hand
3-lazy vault
4-monkey
5-kong
6-cat
- many assorted parkour techniques at some point
+1 I did the same thing

What's funny is that I've done tons of kong vaults, but I've never once landed a monkey vault. Of course, I tried it from standing, but that seems to be the only effective use for them on normal-sized vaults.
