Rested yesterday, normal foods.

Did a work out today that consisted of 20 push ups, 20 dips, 100 sit ups, various stretching, and lots of ballance, precision jump, and especially flow. I never really worked on flow until today but its so fun!

I'm not going to post my diet any more now that I've established good eating habits.

If it's shaking the shake weight, I'm not sure...but I'd shake that thing like I meant to turn on Elton John.

No work outs yesterday, but today consisted of a lot of biking and some light building climbing. I squeezed in 50 push ups and 30 dips. Might get over to my fitness trail tomorrow.

I didn't get a chance to work out today but yesterday I did. I can't remember exactly what I did but I'll do my best to.

Curls:
          25# 10x2=20 reps
Situps:
Declined with 10 second horizontal hold every 10 reps- 1 set=50 reps
Pushups:
          About 30
Dips:
          1 set=20 reps

I haven't posted in 3 days! Been lazy haha. Last two days I don't think I did anything significant, just stretching and a little strength. Today I did the entire Fit Trail which was 32 excersizes consisting of stretches, strength training, and I threw in balance, precisions, and flow. 8 mile round trip bike ride. Diet has been good.

Cheers  ;D

Another fit trail run today, so all the usual excersizes and training. But it was all negated by my pizza and garlic role dinner.  ;D

Yesterday: stretching, tried to practice aerial progression. I can almost aerial but I always put my hands down! Haha. Also went for a run.

Today: stretching, landed on my neck on a malfunction backflip on the trampoline. My back hurts now.  :(

Wow it's been weeks since I posted  ;D
I've still been working out, going to the fit trail, and been running a lot. Can't go that far though, I got two 5k's in recently.

Man, I haven't posted in exactly one month!

I've been doing a lot of running, weight lifting, and general fitness stuff! Just because I'm not logging it doesn't mean I'm not doing it! haha!
