Back Fulltwist - Help? (with video)
« on: September 11, 2011, 04:55:11 AM »
Hey, I just threw back fulls.  I landed them cleanly but I know the form is atrocious.  I'm going into the twist before my feet leave the ground resulting in a cancellation of height and my rotation is pretty slow.  Can you guys help me out?

I don't exactly know this from experience. But I've heard tutorials say to go into a backflip then throw your hands to the right or left side of your waist, (depending on your preference) because this will give you a quicker twist. It also says to keep your neck and back stiff once you hit a certain point of the flip, here's the tutorial.

Learn them on the ground.  If you don't want to learn standing, cart full is pretty easy and will still benefit you.
Tricking is beast, you should try it.

Dude, please stop necro posting, these threads are from 2011! You're just cluttering the forum. :P
