We have a whole bunch of 100k threads to improve our strength, and that's awesome, but I think we need one to improve our flexibility :D

It's sorta awesome yet useless to be able to honestly say you can smack yourself in the face with your thigh sooooo...
any kick, "forward", "lateral", or "rear" leg swings will be +1 :)
