Day 278-283
last few days made a lot of progress
worked on roundoff fulls onto a mat just landed them low, cartwheel arabians and roundoff backtucks. also made progress on standing fulls, can comfortably do them outside. flyaways are consistant and easy, i just ripped so i hadnt been doing them but healed so now i can again. inward fronts onto a mat off a block and landed them, and also just been drilling movements i have down. also tried gainerfulls in the pit for the first time, and landed them in the pit. going to try them standing also.

Day 284-286
think i have my days messed up, but whatever lol.
last few days been working a lot on everything. technique for a lot of stuff, back fulls, corks, b-twists, and flyaways, all moves that i had down but i got them a lot cleaner. also got inward fronts consistant off a block. worked on backhandsprings, and also also roundoff flash-kick and frontflip-stepout-roundoff back tuck on the floor. also got my a-twists and front halves cleaner. tomorrow thru sunday is the national jam in San Francisco so thats pretty sweet.

Day 287-291
went to the San Francisco national jam, it was pretty sweet, met some awesome people and got some good training in. also got really sunburnt. aside from that ive made a lot of progress, did roundoff back tucks outside on my left side roundoff which is now my main side, theyre really easy now i got front flip stepout to roundoff backtuck in the gym and going to do that outside soon also. And leveled up on flyaways, can do them off the lower bar in the gym, and also can do them from a cast, so definitly going to try kip to forward hip circle to cast flyaway. been working on cleaning up my double legs, front fulls, and backfulls also. Almost landed a double twist on the floor off a folded mat, they got a lot better since ive been practicing just my normal double legs. feel like im forgetting some other recent progressions but oh well lol. overall lots of progress.

Day 292
trained outside in my backyard today. worked on a lot of stuff. but most of all, got standing inward fronts outside today. also worked on cleaning other movements up, just technique. then went to the gym and worked a little on flyaways, frontflip stepout to roundoff backtuck, front halves and front fulls on flat ground on a mat, and double leg twists. improved my double leg a lot tonight, before it was a lot like a pike sideflip but now its a lot better, still needs a lot of work but its better. also landed a double leg twist off a folded mat onto a mat for the first time. going to keep working on double legs and double leg twists until there both really clean.

Day 293
Trained a little outside did my first flyaways outside today, and even did some off varying heights on different bars, then worked on corks, cheat gainers, and kick the moons on grass as well as roundoff backtucks. just a little training before i went to the gym. while at the gym i got cast aways in the pit. also i landed a few with a mat in the pit, going to keep working on them and hopefully do one on the floor the bar set soon. also worked on rudi's and frontfulls on the tumble trak, and lastly frontflip to roundoff backtuck and double leg twist onto mats.
