Day 261

tons of progress today, took a-twists from my trampoline to off a ledge onto grass, did a lot of standing gainers outside with varying heights, got corks off of stuff outside and other stuff. then went to the gym and got shoulder roll straight to corks, also got back fulls off of a block, and got flyaways on the floor, flyaways werent a big goal or anything i had just been neglecting them.

Day 262

trained outside for a little bit, did standing fulls on my trampoline, and a twists onto grass off my vault boxes, along with some standing gainers. then wen to the gym and mainly worked on standing fulls off of a block onto the floor, i can land them well, they just dont look that cool to me, i guess style is always a big goal of mine, i dont see the point in doing something unless it looks cool to me, but obivously i have to practice it a lot to get it better. also worked a little on corks and roll to corks theyre really consistent and easy now.

Day 263

trained outside a for a while, did some trampoline stuff, was working on back fulls and i got back 540's (full and a half) on my trampoline, hope to land double fulls soon. did some corks on grass, working on kicking a little more and making them more flippy than they already are. then went the gym and did some standing fulls off a block, and tried double a twists in the pit. i just learned a-twists like two days ago so they werent that good, but i actually landed one or two in the pit or atleast made the full 540 rotation, i was just traveling a lot. just a good day of progress.

Day 264

spent the day working on standing fulls on my tramp and off my vault boxes onto my tramp. was too scared to just try one onto grass so i just kept doing a bunch onto my trampoline. i can land them consistantly on my tramp and in the gym, so definitly gonna do them outside in the next few days. also i tried gainerfulls for the first time on my trampoline, first tried them standing and just tried to gainer full from one end of my trampoline to the other, and i got the hang off them pretty quickly, and tried them off one leg while swinging the other leg through. tried sideflip twists, but i just do a sideflip basically, i dont twist. i try to twist, but it just doesnt happen, gonna keep trying them tho.

Day 267-268

last two days been trying some new things, got sideflip twists onto a mat in the pit, practiced some more corks and standing fulls, and been working on a-twists outside and double a-twists in the pit. also worked on gainerfulls on my trampoline, but still didnt try one off a block yet. also been working on roundoff backtuck in the pit and hopefully gonna do them on the floor and then outside in the day or so i can get roundoff fulls, dont think they will b hard because im comfortable with standing fulls so putting a roundoff before doesnt seem that hard.

Day 269-270

trained in the gym, did some corks, gainer flashes, backfulls and other stuff just practicing them. also worked  on double a-twists in the pit, i made the full rotation and just from the pit which is a small drop so i think i could land on my feet off a folded mat or a block. also got round-off backtuck off my left side round off, so now i can start doing roundoff fulls.

i have many goals, but i would say 4 big goals would be cast-away, gainerfull, flyaway full, and inward flyaway.
also i have some other goals, but the other goals ive been a lot of progress on, so want to start working on these.

Day 276-277

made a lot of progress. yesterday basically trained devil drops all day, went to go try them outside but just didnt get the courage to do it, i will for sure tho in the next day or two. tonight trained at the gym, worked on round off back tucks, then i tried some round off fulls for the first time, and i was landed them low onto a mat, tomorrow i land them higher. also got more comfortable with flyaways on the floor, and was practicing inward flyaways in the pit, made a lot of progress since last time i tried them, just starting to understand them more. then got cartwheel arabians, (done them before but on my opposite side cartwheel)
and feel like i could cartwheel full which ill probably try next time. also on my trampoline, tried back double fulls, and made the 720 just didnt land them, also did gumbi to corks, and tried standing gainer fulls for the first time. almost landed them, but really just been trying a lot of new stuff lately. some ive learned and landed quickly others im still working on.
